We are active in the graphic industry for over 20 years.
Mission
The “number one” reason companies (brand owners or agencies) reach us is finding a way to improve the quality of their printed materials. In the long run we are asked to supervise production, increase quality and optimize lead times.
We work in flexographic, offset and digital environments spread across various european locations. Our offices are located in Belgium.
LEAN – Six Sigma in the graphic industry
We have developed our services on a LEAN – Six Sigma approach. Lean focuses on speed and efficiency through people’s involvement to achieve specific goals: Continuous Improvement, Just in Time and Build in Quality. Six Sigma focuses precisely on improving processes to increase customer satisfaction, and product quality by removing defects by identifying and solving their root causes.
We achieve our results by implementing a DMAIC methodology:
Define
Define the process to be improved and the objectives of the improvement. It pins the CTQs aspects (critical-to-quality) to ensure customer requirements are always met.
Measure
Create and maintain data collection of the defined process. With it you observe how the process is working, and see preliminary data of variation.
Analyze
This step analyses and identifies the causes of process performance faults. Here you can see how much it costs to fix problems.
Improve
We come up with long term solutions to eliminate the sources of faults and thus prevent problems from happening. A new set of instructions is elaborated to observe the effect and viability.
Control
You stir the project at full speed based on the viable solutions previously implemented. Valuable logged information and data are passed on to all teams so your processes run flawless in the long run.
